Our 6-Step Process To Development
01.
Discovery
Project discovery is very important. Without understanding the needs and requirements of the Client the project will always fail to meet the expectations. All project related information must be collected and analyzed diligently and a mutually agreed final work-scope created.
02.
Wire-framing
Once the requirements and deliverables are fully defined and understood, the next step is creating a mock-up/Prototype. This helps our clients to know that we are on the correct path. It also gives an option to our clients to visualize the end result and this is the time to suggest minor edits if needed.
03.
Design
Once the wire-framing has been approved, we initiate the design phase based on that. PSDs are created, sent to clients as JPEGs or PDFs and converted to HTML once approved. Any final modifications are also tested and now the client has a real view of the end result.
04.
Develop
With the design ready, we initiate the development phase. Whether its a PHP or Magento platform for websites or Android/iOS application, this is the phase where its functionality is coded and integration with the design happens. Bug testing is done on local servers to remove any pre-deployment issues in the code.
05.
Deploy
In this stage we deploy the website, web application or mobile app online and perform final testing to see if everything works as per expectations. Mock orders are placed and mock leads collected. The robustness of the whole system is thoroughly tested in it’s real environment where it is to be deployed.
06.
Warranty
Every work that leaves our stables is guaranteed for a period of 3 months. Any issues that may arise are taken care of without any charge. The customer is asked to fully test test each and every aspect of the work and give it a real shake down without the fear of breaking or losing anything as we are always ready with our back ups during this phase!

A project must be delivered with the agreed time-frame for delays cost us both. All projects worked upon in Logiclix are bound to fixed time lines and each milestone covered within the promised date. If for some unforeseen reason such as additional work/last minute changes to workscope the milestone requires extra time, such a situation is always communicated before hand and the milestone thus edited after approval.
